“My life mission is to spread sushi that isn’t what the world thinks of immediately. That’s why I make sushi in America. First and foremost, I have to put out good sushi. That’s the number one priority as a sushi craftsman. Sometimes I'll use visual tricks here and there that will really wow people when they look at my Omakase. I want my team, the customers and I to create a total immersive experience. I strive towards that every day because I want people to come eat at Sushi Nakazawa for special occasions, to come and celebrate moments that don't happen every day.”
