“The place in Asia where I could go every day for the rest of my life is Lung King Heen, which is a three star Cantonese restaurant inside the four seasons in Hong Kong. A lot of people have their reservations about it, but I absolutely love it. Their chef de cuisine, Chan Yan-tak, is doing Szechuan dishes on an amazing level: Chinese skills, but flavor wise, he has a hint of spiciness in every dish, it’s totally balanced, just delicious. It’s really plate-licking good!”
