“There’s this really small hole-in-the-wall coffee shop in Brooklyn near my house. It’s on this really ugly street, on Myrtle Avenue, and you have the subway over the street so it’s very dark and noisy... But it’s now on my route, I love it so much. It's owned by a French guy and he bakes his own bread and he bakes his own croissants right there! Oh my, God… I don’t think I’ve ever had a croissant that good even in Paris!”
