“In college at Saint Martins, you got the rare opportunity to really experiment, to really express yourself. I made my graduate collection from old stockings and Louise Wilson told me, “That’s fucking amazing. Make another set.” I was so scared to show her that but… You have to take risks. Getting Louise Wilson’s validation was amazing because she was God, you know? Going to college for those six years was a brilliant experience.”
