“Let’s honor the Belgian chocolate from my hometown! It’s called Boon in the city called Hasselt — my hometown, where I was born. When I was working on my Ultramegalore show, I was back in town and the chocolatier, he reached out to me and he proposed to make a praline for the exhibition. So we did! We had two flavors: a dark chocolate, marshmallow-filled kind that glows under blacklight. And a lemongrass flavor that he recommended: ‘You know, Hannelore, the marshmallow, it's not really luxurious...’ So we did a second flavor!” You can't find those ones at the shop anymore, but everything they make is delicious.”
